Reconciled to Christ; Ambassadors for Christ

2 Corinthians 5:14-21

As the early Church was getting started and the Apostle Paul was beginning his ministry he and the apostles were under constant attack. In our text Sunday morning we will find six reasons why Paul would not quit and would not retaliate in kind.

1. Reverence for the Lord

2. Concern for the Church

3. Devotion to the Truth

4. Gratitude to the Savior

5. Desire for Righteousness

6. Burden for the Lost

If you felt those things in your heart today, tomorrow or the next what kind of different decisions would you make?

Having been reconciled to Christ we are now Ambassadors for Christ. Having died with Christ we no longer live for ourselves but for Him.
